Kerolin Plastoware started its production in a very humble manner in the year 1985 in a 500 sq. Ft.
premises, manufacturing plastic packing containers for pharma use. Over the years Kerolin has been
a market leader in innovating new and interesting homeware products in three industries:
Household, Cleaning & Kitchenware. Adopting latest technology in manufacturing injection moulded
products, our company is counted among the successful manufacturer and supplier of high quality &
robust plastic household products.
With great conceit, Mr. Pravin Padalia set up their company as the foremost manufacturer & supplier
of plastic household & cleaning products. With a strong history and penetrative presence in India for
30+ years, we have consistently delivered high-quality products while pioneering several innovations
along the way.
Our Infrastructure
In order to fulfil the requirements of our clients worldwide, we have a wide spacious infrastructure which is equipped with different department such as production, quality inspection, packing & dispatch. Our two manufacturing facility is located at Rajkot, near to the Mundra Port is not only among the finest in the houseware sector but also at par with the best in the world. Equipping the best machinery in the world for manufacturing brooms and brushes from Zahoransky and Milacron. Our technology & years of experience come together to create a seamless process that ensures both quality & efficiency.
1986
First manufacturing unit set up in Rajkot City with two vertical moulding machines in rented space.
1987-1991
Moved from rented space to own small premises. Started manufacturing pharma bottles and small containers.
1992-2000
Procured horizontal moulding machines and ventured in manufacturing of food container for restaurant.
2005
Discontinued food storage container manufacturing and Started manufacturing household products under the brand name KEROLIN.
2007
Moved to new bigger plant of 20000 Sq feet. More machines added. Increase in product portfolio.
2010
Started exporting of products to gulf countries.
2012
Ventured in broom and brush manufacturing. Procured State of the art broom machine from Zahoransky Germany.
2015
2015
2016
Two more tufting machines added. Started exporting products to European countries. Started OEM and private labelling to brands in Europe and USA.
2018
Land Acquired for setting up of new plant. Construction begins.
2021
Moved to new plant with 100000 Sq feet of space. More molding machines added from Milacron taking total tally to 25 machines.
